Key Responsibilities
Document systems and processes within the technology towerContribute to configuration, maintenance, and operation of critical technologiesInstall, configure, and test environmentsEnsure day‑to‑day patching, monitoring, and performance managementMonitor the environment for performance and availabilityCollaborate with Group IT to resolve escalations and support disaster recovery testing
What You'll Need
Several years of experience in a similar IT Operations roleTechnical experience in End User Compute, including VDIProficiency with desktop and mobile hardware and softwareExperience with collaboration tools and identity/access managementKnowledge of monitoring, event management, and operational toolsFamiliarity with meeting room and AV technology, and managed print
