What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Address incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries from customers Resolve complex benefit questions and issues while educating members Document member needs, inquiries, or questions during calls accurately Escalate unresolved customer grievances as necessary Work within defined parameters to prioritize tasks and meet quality standards
What Is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of customer service experience Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail Experience managing multiple priorities and using various computer applications simultaneously Strong verbal communication skills and ability to listen to customer needs Must be able to accurately document interactions within multiple systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate or Bachelor's degree Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages Prior experience in inbound call centers or related customer service roles Previous experience in the healthcare industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
