Looking to start your career in tech and consulting? Boost by Moveo is hiring Junior Implementation Consultants to join our growing UK team. No prior consulting experience is required, full training and mentoring are provided.

You will work directly with clients, learn how organisations actually run, and gain hands-on experience in process design, systems thinking and implementation delivery.
What you will do
Design and implement efficient client workflows using the monday.com platformAnalyse business problems and translate them into practical, scalable solutionsBuild workflows, automations, and dashboards (Excel experience is an advantage)Work with clients to understand how their teams operate and where friction existsDeliver clear, professional, client-facing outcomesWho we are looking forJunior-level candidates or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplinesStrong communication skills, curiosity, and a structured problem-solving mindsetComfortable working with data, systems, and processesWhat you can expectStructured onboarding, training, and exposure to monday.com certificationsRapid learning through real client workClear progression opportunities as your capability growsLocation and eligibilityPredominantly remote, with occasional travel to LondonFluent English requiredUK work entitlement essential (no sponsorship available)
