About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Design team remotely from the Bay Area, CA. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy and enhancing organizational effectiveness within a dynamic, innovative design organization. Your primary focus will be to collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers across product design, creative, content design, research, and design operations functions to develop talent, build high-performing teams, and align HR initiatives with business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development to influence positive outcomes, foster an engaging employee experience, and support the ongoing evolution of our design teams. Qualifications

6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar HR leadership position8+ years of relevant work experience or educational background in Human Resources or related fieldsProven experience in building and enhancing company culture and employee engagementStrong coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills across all organizational levelsDeep knowledge of HR programs, practices, and applicable employment laws at state and federal levelsExperience supporting multi-year, organization-wide HR initiatives and projectsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee data and provide strategic insightsAbility to develop and implement talent development, organizational design, and performance management strategies

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership and mid-level managers to develop and execute HR policies and practices aligned with strategic business goalsProvide expert guidance on compensation, performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational designDesign and implement initiatives to diagnose and improve organizational effectiveness and employee satisfactionLead core HR processes including performance calibrations, compensation planning, promotions, and talent reviewsAnalyze employee reports and HR metrics to inform decision-making and proactively address organizational challengesCollaborate with partners to create and manage programs related to performance management, career development, mobility, and trainingSupport leaders in managing change, fostering inclusive culture, and driving employee engagement initiativesStay current with employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
