About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the execution of our digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising efforts, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up, delivered, and optimized for maximum impact. You will work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to develop strategies that generate demand and grow our pipeline. Your analytical skills will be vital in monitoring campaign performance, providing insights, and implementing improvements based on data-driven results.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on digital campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline growthProficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM platformsStrong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent project management, communication, and copywriting skillsExperience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance optimizationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and external partnersComfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with a test-and-learn approach

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platformsEnsure accurate campaign setup, delivery, and reporting, providing regular updates on performance and key trendsCollaborate with sales teams to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights for campaign improvementsPartner with operations to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance trackingCoordinate with external agencies and third-party publishers on campaign planning, creative development, and optimizationConduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, emails, and calls-to-action to increase conversionsLead end-to-end ad production processes, including briefing, asset creation, launch, and performance analysisManage the handoff process with agencies and vendors to ensure seamless executionSupport process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency, collaboration, and reporting consistency
