About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, ensuring their success with our solutions. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, growth, and satisfaction by providing strategic guidance, support, and advocacy. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence the future of education technology by directly impacting customer outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.Qualifications3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS or EdTechProven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, upsell, and customer satisfaction targetsStrong ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within higher education institutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for diverse audiencesProficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Totango

Responsibilities

Own customer retention and growth by securing renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion and referral-based cross-sells within assigned accountsDrive adoption and outcomes by ensuring customers achieve measurable value from solutions through success plans and data-driven business reviewsBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of educational institutions to strengthen advocacy and partnershipRepresent customer feedback internally to inform product development and marketing strategiesCollaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding through renewal
