Responsibilities

Learn and master our systems to deliver a high-quality client experienceFollow up with warm leads and prior client inquiriesMeet with clients virtually through Zoom or phoneMaintain clear and professional communicationCollaborate with your team to ensure smooth, consistent client interactionsMeet performance goals to earn growth opportunitiesParticipate in weekly virtual training and development sessionsBuild and maintain client relationships with company-provided and self-generated leadsHelp families understand how their options can support long-term security and protection

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferredStrong verbal and virtual communication skillsComfortable using technology and modern digital toolsExcellent time-management and organizational abilitiesProfessional, dependable, and service-drivenA people-first mindset and willingness to learn

Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as neededReliable smartphone, computer, and internet connectionAbility to pass a background checkAbility to complete contracting requirementsActive Life and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain with support
