At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on practical experience Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus Exceptional written communication skills and a charismatic phone presence Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
