What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Schedule appointments and follow up with members to ensure understanding of available benefits Provide exceptional customer service to all members and entities Work independently and as part of a team to better service clients Conduct 1 on 1 interviews via Zoom and webinars for safety measures Participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a team player Previous customer service and sales experience preferred Strong communication skills are a must Personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities
