About The Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries related to their AAA memberships and insurance products. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be vital to providing outstanding service. This role involves handling inbound calls, delivering personalized solutions, and promoting valuable products and services to enhance member satisfaction. The position is initially remote during training, with post-training work-from-home schedules that require a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable internet connectivity. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GEDPrior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environmentFluency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesFlexible, adaptable, and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningReside within 80 miles of 18160 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78232
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions regarding AAA memberships and insurance servicesProvide personalized, proactive solutions to meet members' needsRecommend relevant products and services to enhance member benefitsEngage with members using strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanorNavigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while actively listening and multitaskingResolve member issues quickly and effectively in a non-scripted environmentMaintain a positive attitude and professional appearance in a fast-paced settingParticipate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development initiativesWork collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and improve service quality
