About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Dunkin' - Losey Boulevard location. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering excellent guest experiences by preparing food and beverages with precision, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the store. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should be at least 14 years of age (or higher, as per applicable law) and possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional time management, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Responsibilities

As a Team Member at Dunkin' - Losey Boulevard, your core responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages according to company standards.Providing friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.Adhering to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment.Participating in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
