What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers Assist customers with questions about coverages and policy benefits Work to retain policyholders by finding solutions for at-risk customers Provide enthusiastic and caring support to enhance customer satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities Passionate about helping others Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 12 AM EST
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry or related field Familiarity with insurance policy details and coverages Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills
