Coordinator, Paid Social

About the Opportunity:The organization is a digital media agency and consultancy specializing in creating omnichannel media strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers targeting healthcare professionals and consumer audiences. The role supports the execution of paid social campaigns to build foundational experience in paid social advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, launch, and maintenance of paid social campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation of audiences, budgets, placements, and tracking• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, performance, and competitive shifts, flagging insights and optimization opportunities• Assist in reviewing and trafficking creative assets and coordinate updates with internal or external partners• Maintain organized records of campaign data, approvals, platform settings, and project statuses• Help prepare reports and performance summaries using platform metrics, identifying trends or issues• Stay informed on paid social advertising policies and best practices in highly regulated categories• Participate in platform research to identify new features, formats, or behavioral shifts beneficial to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor''s Degree preferred• 0-2 years of experience in Paid Social Marketing• Knowledge of social platforms including Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides; experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus• Strong attention to detail with data and campaign accuracy• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization under tight timelines• Professional verbal and written communication skills
