What you'll do
As a Content Writer, you are a crucial contributor responsible for developing, editing, and managing comprehensive training and knowledge documentation. You bridge the gap between technical knowledge and practical application, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals through collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and leaders. You are focused on creating high-quality instructional materials and operational guides that adhere to corporate standards and promote knowledge sharing across the workforce. You play a pivotal role in empowering employees to perform efficiently, driving organizational performance and customer satisfaction.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Program Manager.
Responsibility
Develop training curricula, including knowledge base articles, operational guides, and learning components such as training agendas and assessmentsCreate instructional materials, including training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and testing proceduresCollaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and leadership to ensure content aligns withthe learning objectiveCoordinate with Training and Documentation Leads to maintain consistency in tone, structure, and adherence to corporate standardsDevelop engaging and effective e-learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or a similar platformSupport the conversion of classroom training into interactive online formats aligned with adult learning principlesManage training assets, including content repositories and knowledge management systemsRegularly review and update content to ensure its relevance and alignment with current business needsAct as a point of contact for documentation-related issues and provide continuous feedback on content effectivenessUtilize support tools and resources necessary for effective content creation, including Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
Job Designation
Remote
Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring
Basic
5+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content developmentExperience with Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace/G SuiteFluent in verbal and written English with a high proficiency levelExperience maintaining confidentiality of information
Preferred
University studies in instructional technology, technical writing, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or H5PFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning toolsKnowledge of content creation best practices and adult learning principlesMentoring or Trainer experienceProficiency in desktop computers, IT essentials, and content management systemsAbility to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectivelyFull schedule flexibility, including weekendsStrong customer service skillsEffective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environmentAdvanced attention to detail and organizational skills
