About The Role

The Digital Content Marketing Specialist at Redwood Logistics plays a vital role within the Digital Strategy team. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing high-quality content that enhances Redwood's visibility, engagement, and sales growth. The specialist will craft compelling stories, strategic messaging, and targeted content to support various digital marketing campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and sales enablement efforts across multiple channels. The role involves translating complex logistics and technology concepts into clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. The specialist will analyze SEO and AEO insights to identify trending topics and content opportunities, ensuring all content is discoverable and relevant. Additionally, they will create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and solution overviews to assist sales teams in engaging prospects effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, a good understanding of digital marketing metrics, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

23+ years of experience in digital content marketing, copywriting, or B2B marketing, preferably within logistics, SaaS, or technology sectorsProven ability to create, optimize, and manage content across web, campaign, and sales channelsStrong understanding of SEO and AEO best practices, buyer journeys, and digital engagement metricsExperience using analytics and SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SearchAtlas, or AirOpsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiencesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environmentExperience in developing sales enablement materials like pitch decks, case studies, and solution overviews

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Redwood's content marketing strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement objectivesAnalyze SEO and AEO insights to identify trending topics, audience questions, and content opportunitiesWrite, edit, and optimize content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, emails, and digital advertisementsCreate and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and solution overviews to assist sales teams in engaging prospectsTranslate complex logistics and technology topics into engaging, audience-friendly messaging that differentiates Redwood in the marketRegularly refresh and optimize existing content to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates using SEO and AEO best practicesImplement keyword research, metadata optimization, and search intent insights to enhance content discoverability and relevanceCollaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content strategies with organizational goalsMonitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness
