Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Windows Forms ERP applications using .NET technologiesEnsure projects are built to meet quality, usability, reliability, and maintainability requirementsProvide constructive feedback and code reviews to ensure consistency and quality of codebase, while collaborating with the team to share knowledge and implement best coding practicesEffectively address and resolve problems by applying critical thinking and collaborative approachesShare valuable insights and lessons learned from past experiences to enhance team knowledge and performanceFollow and encourage Agile development processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex software defects in a timely manner

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Senior Software DeveloperExperience working on a complex, WinForms based systemStrong proficiency in C# and related .NET technologiesExperience with SQL Server and understanding of database conceptsWorking knowledge of object-oriented architectures, data structures, and common algorithmsStrong problem-solving skills with independent work capability and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience with Agile development and Scrum methodology

Nice To Have Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWSExperience building and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelinesExperience with Angular and front-end development for commercial multi-tenant applications.Developed back-end services and APIs using .NET and C#Experience with RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) delivered Windows applicationsKnowledge of VB6, Crystal Reports, VBScript
