Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop high-quality leads through multi-channel outreachExecute targeted cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement strategiesLeverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with key decision-makersQualify prospects within our client's target market of renewable energy and data center professionalsCollaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generationParticipate in sales demonstrations, meetings, and proposal developmentTrack and maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM systemContribute to team strategy and lead generation methodologiesIdeal Candidate Qualifications1-2 years of SDR / BDR experienceTrack record of performanceExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Proven ability to work independently in a remote environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsResilient and persistent approach to lead generationStrong understanding of best practices for outreachProficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

You will be asked to travel 2, maybe 3 times a month to Norwalk, CT as you ramp and on occasion as needed.
