We are seeking for a Business Development Analyst who promotes and sells the products and services offered by GP Strategies Corporation to new and existing clients.

Working scheme: Remote - with travels.

Main Activities

Utilizes knowledge of company’s competencies and business strategy to secure new business opportunities from existing and prospective clients in accordance to the company’s marketing plans and programs.Identifies key partnerships that will drive future business.Negotiates key business arrangements.Establishes competitive analysis, identifies trends and articulates potential impact on specific areas of the business.Presents business case analysis to executive management.Works with current clients to identify and meet needs, resolve complaints, and verify client satisfaction.Maintains frequent contact with operations concerning current contract obligations and work with team to establish effective communication tools.Works jointly with other business units as they relate to business development and company initiatives.Works closely with other business development employees to ensure key objectives and deadlines are met.Participates in conventions, seminars and other trade activities to promote GP with clients, prospective clients and vendors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnership management.Knowledge of market analysis, trends, and competitive landscape.Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial management software.

Advanced EnglishAdvanced Spanish will be a plus.Previous experience in the commercial area of consulting - desirable.
