About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Business Analyst to join our Commercial Development team in San Mateo, CA, operating in a hybrid work environment. This pivotal role involves leading strategic growth initiatives for PlayStation&#039;s Direct-to-Consumer platforms, including PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data, automation, artificial intelligence, and experimentation to enhance digital commerce capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive innovation, and implement solutions that improve personalization, subscription growth, and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence global projects and work at the forefront of digital entertainment and commerce technology.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis and product development within digital commerce or related fields.Proven track record of leading global workshops and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, analytics, and experimentation methodologies.Experience with integrating AI/ML and automation into business solutions.Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.Ability to work effectively across regions, time zones, and cultures, with flexibility for international travel and varied working hours.Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
