About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily administrative functions. This position involves supporting leadership and various teams by managing communication channels, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office efficiency. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in healthcare, government, or business operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyPositive, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindsetFlexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesWillingness to travel up to 15% as required for meetings and team collaboration

Responsibilities

Manage phone coverage, mail distribution, and front desk or reception duties to ensure smooth office operationsProvide rotational support across areas such as mailroom, claims intake, and general office administrationPerform data entry, document imaging, and electronic record updates with accuracy and confidentialityAssist leadership and teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and effective communicationMaintain office supplies, manage onboarding tasks, and resolve administrative discrepancies promptlySupport special projects and process improvements as needed to enhance operational efficiencyCoordinate travel arrangements and prepare necessary documentation for meetings and events
