You'll be the primary point of contact for multiple web clients simultaneously. You'll coordinate between clients and our dev team to move projects forward smoothly. Reviewing deliverables, managing schedules, and proactively addressing client needs. Translating technical updates into client-friendly language. Must-Haves:2+ years of client management experienceStrong communication skills and professional writing in EnglishFamiliarity with web development processes (WordPress or Shopify preferred)Comfortable using Asana, Slack, and Google WorkspaceAbility to learn quickly and think critically under pressure
Nice-to-Have
s:Experience managing website maintenance or digital projectsUnderstanding of basic web terminology and workflowsFamiliarity with CRM or ticketing systemsPrior agency experience
